Family Law I have handled all aspects of family law, including but not limited to, many contested
trials, mediations, custody and visitation contested hearings, child support
matters with the Department of Child Support Services, paternity actions, guardianships,
and domestic violence restraining order hearings. I am of the opinion that I have an
excellent reputation in the legal community, with fellow collegues and with the Bench
Officers I frequently appear before. I can provide references if necessary. I represent many
low-income individuals that are predominantly spanish-speaking. I believe offering low-income
